RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products being for personal use and hygiene reasons, we have a strict policy for the health and safety of all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

For Opened or Used Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is strict and non-negotiable.

Final Sale Items: Gift cards, sale items, and discounted products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at porcopeskincare@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the unopened, eligible product(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the unopened product for a refund and placing a new order.
5. Wrong or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive the wrong item or if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at porcopeskincare@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product(s). We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
